Fruited Pound Cake
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered fruit sugar
(yes you can get it, you just need to look carefully!!!!)
4 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
Cream these ingredients together
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ baking powder
Mix these together
½ cup raisins
½ cup candied cherries
½ cup peel or mixed fruit
3 tbsp flour
Mix the fruit with the 3 tbsp flour,
Cook at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until done
