An idea that became a reality when family bonded together to gather recipes from the past. I would like to thank everyone for their submissions. Many a memory we have from these tasty treats and hopefully by putting them all together ~
many more can be made.

Caramel Cashew Tarts

Caramel Cashew Tarts


1 2/3 caramel ice cream topping

½ cup brown sugar

4 tbsp. butter (soft or melted)

½ tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 cup chopped cashews

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.

Makes 30 small tarts or 16 regular.
